Samsung Wisenet SmartCam HD WiFi IP Security Camera with 16GB Micro SD Card - Indoor/Outdoor Home Surveillance, Baby Monitor & Pet Camera

This product was not an easy set up...WIFI SET UP IS NOT EFFICIENT...the first few days I tried to set up with Wi-Fi and was unable to due to on-line maintenance! That maintenance lasted longer than a day a stated in their notice. SMART CAM DOES NOT WORK AT ITS BEST to ease the process of registering your camera. I called for help from Costco(which is where this product was originally sold) and was given some valuable information about the white Samsung's!!! They do not work well with Wi-Fi period! You need the home internet! I purchased a hot-spot thinking that this will do a better job than my IPad but better was not it at all...at some point t the setup was attempting to work with my cell phone, but It stopped...I reset the camera and attempted several times....I was also told by Costco that the black Samsung's work a tad better, HOWEVER they do not have the capability of Wi-Fi. I am frustrated...and so far have resorted to just the baby monitor...TARGET PERSONNEL explained some things. I plan to visit FRYE'S AND THE SPY STORE BEFORE I SHOP FOR A PRODUCT...get help before I buy a camera on line.
